Tony Richardson, Project Management Liaison (SCM
Development)
Tony brings a wealth of knowledge in residential
and commercial development to the SF Realty team.
His expertise in Marketing Planning, Due Diligence,
Industry research, Project Design and Management,
coupled with his local industry contacts, makes
him a perfect fit for our Development Liaison for
Project Management to SF Realty. As a Senior
Project Manager for SCM Development, LLC, he will
oversee all development stages for a variety of
SCM projects undertaken on behalf of SF Realty and
its development business objectives.
Henry 'Hank' Paloci, III, PA
Hank will serve as SF Realty's in-house real
estate and business attorney, as well as a title
affiliate (Top Shelf Title, Inc.). Hank received
his BA degree in 1993, and his JD from the
University of Akron in 1996. He was admitted
to the Florida Bar in 1997, and has been a self
employed practitioner since he became an attorney.
He is admitted to practice law in the US District
Court for the Middle District of Florida and the
Southern District of Florida, and is an active member
of several local groups and organizations.
Frank Geivelis, Manager- Foreclosure
Acquisitions and Rehabilitation, SF Realty, LLC.
Frank was a Foreclosure Specialist for Chase
Manhattan Bank in Ewing, NJ for several years.
He was the founder and president of the Foreclosure
Mediation Group in Hamilton, NJ, and then relocated
to Coral Springs, FL to pursue his personal investment
objectives. He has been a highly successful
real estate investor in Florida for the past 5 years,
and brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects
of real estate investment and foreclosure acquisition
to the SF Realty team of industry professionals.
Joseph S. Achinapura - Acquisition
Specialist
Joe serves as a senior acquisition specialist
for SF Realty's Foreclosure Acquisition and Rehabilitation
division. He brings over 15 years experience
in the construction industry including finance,
management, information systems, facilities management
and foreclosure rehabilitation. He received
his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1983,
and is a member of the New Jersey State Society
of CPA's as well as the American Institute of CPA's.
Joe's financial knowledge will a tremendous asset
to the complicated acquisition assessment and rehabilitation
estimation processes.
Avi Frier, Technical
Consultant After twelve years in the field of education,
Avi Frier, President and cofounder of VisionBurst,
Inc., was ready for a career change. A self-educated
webmaster, the world of the Internet seemed the
only logical option. In June 2000, Avi was hired
to build Lurias.com, a Florida-based online gift
store based on the Lurias name (after nearly 100
years in the jewelry & giftware business, Lurias
closed their 45 Florida locations; now, Lurias is
open exclusively online). As Lurias grew, people
wishing to experience similar e-success began to
contact Avi. In 2001, Avi founded web design firm
Avi-Web Solutions. In 2002, Avi-Web Solutions grew
to a full service design and marketing firm and
became VisionBurst, Inc.
Mark Knobel , Business Consultant
, is a 30-year veteran of education, consulting,
corporate training, publishing and social services
and has worked with industry leaders such as AT&T,
IBM and General Electric. Mark has successfully
created effective curricula for several training
corporations resulting in excess of $100 million
of direct revenues to his customers and employers.
For 18 years Mark served as a principle and cofounder
of the National School of Technology, the leading
medical technology school for allied health careers
in Florida . The training organizations' success
is owed in part to the highly sophisticated curriculum
designed by Mark during his tenure. The National
School of Technology was recently sold for $13 Million.
Five years after leaving National, Mark founded
the Thinking Company in response to the difficulty
students and employees experienced with the learning
and communication process. Utilizing the theories
and techniques that would later form the basis of
the Thinking Company, Mark authored, coordinated
and managed the implementation of a series of highly
technical short-term cardiac and abdominal ultrasound
training programs for General Electric Medical Systems.
This highly acclaimed 18-month series received an
unprecedented 100% customer satisfaction rating.
Mark Knobel has had a successful consulting career
since 1983.
Daniella Tol is a Realtor Associate
and Commercial Specialist for Beachfront Commercial
Realty Inc. located in Fort Lauderdale. She specializes
in foreclosures, fixer uppers, reo properties, office
and apartment buildings. Daniella is a multi million
dollar producer with sales exceeding $10,000.000
in 2002. She is currently in the top 1% of Beachfront
Realty's 750+ active agents.
