Jack Sanzeri Jr.
CEO, Chairman, Director of Investor Relations

Jack Sanzeri is the company's Marketing and Sales Director and graduated from New York Military Academy in 1960. He continued his education at Syracuse University where he majored in Business and Marketing. Jack served in the Army National Guard and subsequently became Production and Marketing manager for RoJac Knitting Mills Inc. He went to serve as the Assistant Marketing Director of the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation. In 1985, Jack became the President of Vanko Marketing where he was responsible for establishing a national distribution network. More recently, he was Sales Director for United Internet Services, Inc., where he established a national network of distributors for internet related products and services. In 2001, Mr. Sanzeri, became the marketing VP for Sinofresh Laboratories, Inc., where he managed their private offering and established and managed the in-house new retail accounts.

Charles Musser Jr.
Vice President- Business Development

Chuck Musser serves as the business development manager in our Fort Myers office. He will oversee project management forall real estate business activity. He brings a strong and multi faceted set of skills, and years of managerial and marketing expertise to our team of senior management. He is the former Director of Marketing for a multimillion dollar family of aircraft accessories companies. He then CO-founded and served as Vice President of Operations for a nationwide automated dispatch service in Tampa , FL. He is an accomplished advertising and design consultant, and has had his award winning ads and articles published in several international magazines and showcase periodicals. He is a graduate of East Carolina University , where he received a BA in International Economics, and where he was a founding father of the epsilon mu chapter of the national Pi Kappa Alpha social fraternity. He is also a graduate of the North Carolina Academy of Real Estate. Chuck has published several intellectual properties research directories and databases, and was the Executive Vice President of Synergistic Technologies in Research Triangle Park , NC . There he chaired the Steering Committee of the North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association (NCEITA), and was on the board of consultants for the Council for Entrepreneurial Development (CED). He also founded and served as Director of the Manufacturing Applications Specialists Consortium (MASC).

Charles Horn, Ph.D. 
Broker Manager, Mincanopy (Ocala) Office.

Dr. Horn is a forty year real estate veteran, 25 of which have been in the management of a full service real estate agency. He is experienced in property management, real estate appraisal, rental and brokerage services and investment counseling. He has also been an active investor in residential and commercial real estate for the past 30 years.

Dr. Horn holds a BSBA degree in Real Estate and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Florida. He went on to earn his Ph.D. degree in Social Psychology at Florida State University and taught Organization Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a number of years.

He then returned to Florida where he served as the Director of the State of Florida Research and Treatment Center in Gainesville for eight years. There he developed the institutional programs and administered the needs of what is now a 300 person staff. His broad industry knowledge and familiarity with the Central Florida Real Estate Market will certainly prove to be an invaluable asset to the SF Realty team of professionals.
